Swale Council has approved plans for the last phase of 580-home development in Kent

Hyde Group has secured planning permission for 270 homes on a site in Sittingbourne, Kent. 

They are the last units on the 580-home ‘Spring Acres’ development, and will be for sale, shared ownership and affordable rent.
