New service provides database of senior people, schemes and organisations along with market sentiment benchmarking data

Housing Today has launched a new membership platform for housing development leaders and their teams.

Housing Today Boardroom offers members a searchable database of development directors, on-the-ground schemes and developing organisations. Profiles include Q&A interviews with development directors, giving an insight into their career trajectory, what they look for in a development partner and their top schemes.

Users can search and filter by key metrics, including development team size, annual pipeline, region, and directors’ areas of expertise.

Market sentiment benchmarking data and a networking programme will be added in the new year, providing key insights on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

“Members can use the platform to find those facing similar challenges and potential delivery partners,” said Chloe McCulloch, editorial director at Housing Today.

“The market sentiment data will track delivery trends and explore the factors affecting the flow of new homes, offering valuable context for directors, boards and policy-makers.

”Closed-door networks and special interest groups for development leaders will provide opportunities to connect and engage with peers, and scan the horizon. We are delighted to add this new service to complement our quality news, comment and feature content.”

Housing Today Boardroom includes profiles of directors and schemes from housing associations and councils. New content, including with private developers and housebuilders, is added regularly.

Organisational membership includes access for up to five members of the development team and is currently available at an introductory rate.
