Homes England names new service design director
Lou Downe will oversee the design of effective services for the government’s housing delivery agency
Homes England has appointed Lou Downe as its first director of service design and transformation as part of the agency’s drive to “transform planning and development” across the sector.
A starting date for Downe, who is currently head of service design and standards for the UK government at the government digital service, has yet to be confirmed.
