Homes England exceeds annual housing starts and completions targets for second year
Agency completed 37,000 homes and started another 38,000 in 2024/25
Provisional figures from Homes England suggest that the agency has hit its targets for starts and completions.
Homes England estimates 36,757 completions for 2024/25, up 14% on the year prior and marginally above its targeted 36,095.
