Cummins took on the role on an interim basis in December 2021, after Stephen Kinsella left Homes England to return to Barratt Homes as group major projects director.

Prior to this, Cummins held the position of national development director at Homes England.

Cummins has been at Homes England since 2018, when he was appointed as general manager of land acquisitions.

Homes England said it does not have information about what Cummins’ plans are for after he steps down in April.
