Allies and Morrison-designed mixed use masterplan valued at £1.17bn

A development partner is being sought to create a new mixed-use district in York.

Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, in partnership with Homes England, is procuring a contract worth £1.17bn for the delivery of the York Central Development.
