Homes England asks for £150m OJEU contract notices 'to be withdrawn'

Government’s housing delivery agency investigating release on OJEU

Contract notices for two multimillion-pound Homes England procurement frameworks have been published on the Official Journal of the European Union without the knowledge of the government’s housing delivery agency, it has emerged.

The OJEU, as it is known, is the official gazette of record for the EU. It publishes a range of documents daily, including notices of contract awards and invitations to tender for contracts.

Last week it published contract notices from Homes England covering two frameworks totalling £150m.
