Homes England appoints new affordable housing director
Shahi Islam will take over from Jackie Jacob, who is set to retire at the end of this month
The current assistant director of affordable housing grants at Homes England, Shahi Islam, will take over as its new director of affordable housing, as the incumbent, Jackie Jacob will retire at the end of December.
Jacob, who has been at Homes England and its predecessor organisations for 32 years, announced in October that she would be leaving the agency at the end of the year.
