Scheme, worth £18m, replaced 20 existing homes on the Golf Links estate in Southall with 68 flats

East London-based housebuilder Higgins has completed 68 homes for Ealing council, more than half of which are being made available for affordable rent.

The design and build project, worth £18m, replaced 20 existing homes at Peterhead Court on the Golf Links estate in Southall which had been deemed sub-standard.
