Hackney seeks contractor for 341-home regeneration scheme
Around 340 homes are planned on 10 infill sites on the De Beauvoir Estate
Hackney Council is looking for a design and build contractor for a regeneration scheme worth £150m.
The De Beauvoir New homes Project will deliver 341 new homes on ten underused infill sites on the De Beauvoir Estate. Of the new homes, 45% will be for affordable housing, including 90 units for social rent.
