Beal Homes given full planning permission to extend The Greenways development to 806 homes

Beal Homes has been given full planning permission to build 600 homes on a 73-acre site in Goole, in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The £72m-turnover housebuilder has been given the green light to expand its Greenways development to 806 properties in total, of which 5% are affordable.The development is made up of a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties.

Beal is also working in a joint venture with commercial developer Wykeland Group to deliver the £80m regeneration of the Fruit Market urban village in Hull, in partnership with Hull City Council. This includes a completed 109-home development.
