Green light for 450 homes in new 40-storey Sheffield tower

Co-living scheme to replace mid-century former Primark at prominent city-centre corner plot

Hodder & Partners has been given the green light for plans to demolish a Primark in Sheffield city centre and replace it with a 40-storey residential tower.

The King’s Tower scheme will replace the existing six-storey building at 51-57 High Street with 428 co-living studio apartments.
