Ealing Council approves phase 4 of estate regeneration scheme

The 396-home final stage of a west London estate regeneration scheme has been granted planning permission by Ealing Council.

A joint venture consisting of partnerships developer Real Places and housing association A2 Dominion has been given the go ahead to demolish existing buildings on the Green Man Lane estate and build 396 homes in blocks ranging from five to 16 storeys in height.

How the latest phase of the Green Man Lane estate regeneration scheme will look

It is the final phase of a regeneration project that will see 464 homes demolished and 869 homes built in total.

A total of 183 homes will be for affordable tenures, made up of 129 affordable rent and 54 for shared ownership.

The scheme also includes 775sq m of community floor space and a children’s centre.

The project has been designed by Conran & Partners and will be delivered by Real as the main contractor.
