Granton Waterfront’s first redevelopment phase will deliver 847 new homes

Edinburgh Council has approved the first phase of a £1.3bn transformation project in the north of the city. 

 The Granton Waterfront area will see an initial 847 “net zero ready” homes delivered in partnership with Scottish housebuilder Cruden Homes on the city’s largest brownfield site. The project team is aiming to complete more than 1,200 homes in total.
