Matt Foreman will leave G15 giant next year to take up role at Manchester-based landlord
Great Places Housing Group has appointed Matt Foreman as its new chief customer officer.
The Manchester-based landlord has announced Foreman, currently executive group director for customer services at L&Q, will take up the role after current executive director of customer services Guy Cresswell retires early next year.
Foreman joined 105,000-home L&Q in 2022 as interim director of operations and integration, helping to bring together L&Q and Trafford Housing Trust, which L&Q acquired in 2019. Foreman was appointed to the executive group director for customer services role in 2023.
Foreman’s previous roles also include managing director at Dumfries & Galloway Housing Partnership and director of customer service at Your Homes Newcastle.
