Government policy is making the building of new communities which help residents lead healthy and fulfilling lives virtually impossible, claims a new report.

Dealing with the country’s housing crisis should be “much more than just a numbers game”, argued the report, written by the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) and published by the Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE).
