The project is build-to-rent specialist Get Living’s first in Yorkshire and its third outside London
The financial backers of build-to-rent operator Get Living have submitted plans to develop a 5-acre neighbourhood in Leeds.
Delancey Oxford Residential and pension fund asset manager APG, together with Chelsea Barracks and Southbank Place developer Qatari Diar, are investing £180m in the project, which subject to planning will see more than 780 homes to rent built in the South Bank area of the city.
The proposed scheme includes eight residential buildings designed by architect Sheppard Robson, with integrated public space.
