Galliford Try JV to build 375 homes in Leamington Spa
Warwickshire scheme is the fourth the pair has worked on
Galliford Try Partnerships and Worcester-based housing and care provider Sanctuary Group have teamed up again in order to build 375 homes in Leamington Spa, Warkwickshire.
The two firms, which are already working on three other schemes, will deliver 150 affordable homes and 225 units to be sold on the open market on the site at Europa Way in the town.
