Prime minister names two new experts to guide the second phase of the investigation into the 2017 fire

A partner at Foster & Partners has been appointed to the Grenfell Tower inquiry by the prime minister.

Theresa May announced yesterday that two new specialists would join the panel.

Thouria Istephan, CDM manager at Foster + Partners, together with Professor Nabeel Hamdi of Oxford Brookes University, an Architectural Association graduate described as an “accomplished academic with an international reputation in housing and participatory design and planning”, will join the inquiry to guide the second phase of its work.
