For a second time Brexit is dominating the election political debate, but other issues are cutting through even if the parties’ manifestos have yet to appear.

Speaking at the CBI’s annual conference yesterday Labour’s leader Jeremy Corbyn pledged to spend £150bn on housing, care homes, schools and hospitals over the next five yeear and committed to upgrade infrastructure across the country with £250bn over the next decade.

Meanwhile, prime minister Boris Johnson said if the Tories are re-elected they will commit to small and large projects alike, with small projects being a “platform for growth”.

Lib Dem leader Jo Swinson said her party was committed to helping small businesses.

So what do you think of it all? This week Housing Today, together with sister titles Building and Building Design, is running a survey to find out what readers think of the party’s proposals.

The poll should only take a few minutes to fill in online, and to thank you for your time there is a prize draw of a £50 Amazon voucher for respondents who wish to enter.
