Development JV acquires Leeds site for more than 1,000 flats

Cole Waterhouse and Tonia Investments buy Marsh Lane Goods Yard site with permission for 1,012 flats

Manchester-based developer Cole Waterhouse and Tonia Investments have bought a 3.8-acre brownfield site in Leeds to build 1,012 flats. 

The joint venture purchase comes after the site recently secured planning permission for the homes, which will be split across five separate blocks on the former home of Marsh Lane Goods Yard.
