Renaker’s Great Jackson Street development includes plans for tallest UK building outside London

Manchester-based developer Renaker has revealed plans ahead of an application of a 2,388-home scheme, which includes a 71-storey tower block. 

Five “striking” new residential towers would be created as part of the Great Jackson Street development, the pre-application consultation site launched by Renaker this week shows.
