Regeneration arm of the Peel Group, Peel L&P, has announced X1 will be in charge of the building of its 278-home, 31-storey tower block that will form part of its controversial Liverpool Waters scheme. 

Developer X1, which is responsible for the construction of The Tower near the Albert Dock in the city, will own and sell the homes in the tower, and oversee Liverpool-based contractor Vermont’s building of Patagonia Place, on which work has already begun.
