L&Q has promoted Craig Luttman to the role of deputy group director of development and sales, from his current role as regional managing director of the housing association’s counties team.

He will combine his new role with overseeing the relationship between L&Q and Trafford Housing Trust, which L&Q announced last week it was acquiring.
