Arup and Fletcher Priest to draw up Folkestone project to run alongside grade II-listed Victorian viaduct

Arup and Fletcher Priest Architects have landed a job to design a 150-home residential scheme at a former gasworks site in Folkestone.

The pair have been appointed by Folkestone & Hythe council to work up detailed low-carbon plans for the site, which has been derelict for nearly 70 years.
