Clarion names David Avery as group chair

Neil Goulden will step down after his nine-year term ends

Clarion housing association has named David Avery as its new group chair.

Avery has been a member of the group board since Clarion was formed through the merger of Circle Housing and Affinity Sutton in 2016.

He is also currently chair of the Clarion housing association board.
