Rachael Williamson has been appointed interim director of policy, communication and public affairs at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH)

Williamson, who has worked for the CIH as head of policy and external affairs since 2021, will step up to the role for around six months while the institute carries out a process to fill the role on a permanent basis.
