Cardiff Community Housing Association has appointed Andrew Bradley as its new corporate director of assets and property.

Bradley joined the 3,000-home housing association in 2019 as an assets and compliance maanger, having previously served as head of property at Trivallis for over five years. He was promoted to head of asset management and decarbonisation at Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) in 2021.

Bradley is also a lead examiner for health, safety and the environment for the Chartered Institute of Building and a chartered membership programme internal verifier.
