Cala Homes gets go-ahead for Surrey scheme

212-home development will be built on former NHS land

Cala Homes has received planning permission for a 212-home scheme on the site of an old hospital in Surrey.

The St Peter’s Quarter development will be built on land in Chertsey bought from Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals and Surrey and Borders Partnerships last year.
