Modular house builder claims customers can move into their bespoke homes within 10 weeks of agreeing design

Harrogate-based modular housebuilder Built & Spaces has launched an app which it claims can help customers design their own home from scratch and see it completed within 10 weeks.

B&S said it believed its Build My Home software – which lets customers design their house room by room, adding different modules for areas such as kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms – was an industry first.
