We are seeking nominations for individuals driving innovation in digital transformation and artificial intelligence across the built environment.

A new call for nominations has been launched to identify the individuals driving digital transformation and innovative artificial intelligence use across the built environment.
The initiative, which is a part of the Building the Future conference being hosted by Housing Today, and sister titles Building Design and Building, is looking to put the spotlight on individuals who are using digital innovation and AI to reshape how buildings and housing are designed, delivered and operated.
The programme is intended to showcase those “turning digital ambition into measurable impact” across areas such as data-led delivery, automation, smart buildings, proptech innovation and AI-enabled design and construction processes.
Nominations are open to individuals working across the full breadth of the industry supply chain, including contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, housing professionals and developers and technology firms.
If you want to nominate yourself or someone else, please complete the application using the button below:

Entrants will be assessed on the scale of their digital or AI contribution, the problems they have helped solve, the measurable outcomes achieved, and their wider influence on industry practice.
Successful nominees will be recognised in the lead-up to the Building the Future Conference, which takes place on 7 October at Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s, London, and invited to attend as special guests.
The deadline for nominations is 31 May, 2026.
