HUB scheme replaces plans for carehome on site of demolished Homebase store

Bath council has approved plans by HUB and Bridges Fund Management for a 450-home mixed use development on the site of a former Homebase store in the city.

Designed by JTP Architects, the Pines Way scheme will provide 275 build-to-rent homes and 179 co-living homes alongside 1,100sq m of commercial space.
