Barratt and Avant pick new regional MDs
Barratt names new Yorkshire West managing director, while Avant Homes poaches Persimmon director for East Mids role
Barratt’s Yorkshire West division has appointed a new managing director to replace Ian Ruthven who is retiring after 18 years in the post.
Gavin Birch joins the board as managing director, having worked for the business for 31 years.
“I’m excited to step into this hugely rewarding role to lead the extremely talented board of directors,” Birch said in a statement
