Backhouse secures £50m facility to deliver five-fold turnover growth

Chippenham-based developer said it will now double increase in housing completions beyond existing expansion plans

Regional builder Backhouse has agreed a £50m credit facility with asset manager Cheyne Capital to increase its housing production from 155 units to 330 in two years. 

The Chippenham-based developer also wants to increase its turnover from £22.5m in the year end to June 2022 to £114m by the end of June 2025.
