Aster ‘on track’ to hit 1,300-home target
The £241m turnover business said it is on track to deliver more than 1,300 homes by 31 March 2023.
Developer and landlord the Aster Group has reported a pre tax surplus of £30.8m in the six months to 30 September, in an unaudited half-year report.
The not-for-dividend housing association said it had delivered 685 affordable homes in the period and was on track to complete more than 1,300 homes by 31 March 2023.
