Developer says 277 houses out of the 6,700-home scheme will be built in 2024
Developer Argent Related has given dates for the completion of 397 homes that will be part of the 15-year Brent Cross Town development.
It said 277 market sale homes in the 1,000-home first phase of the scheme will be built by 2024. Phase one will include affordable housing, market sale homes and student accommodation, with a further 120 to be completed also in 2024.
Brent Cross is a massive £7bn urban regeneration project that will eventually provide 6,700 new homes.
