One Housing

One Housing has appointed more than 50 consultants across eight lots for its four-year framework agreement which will run to 2022.

The framework agreement covers architects, architects (specialist supported living), employers agents, employers agents (specialist supported living), structural and civil engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, planning consultants and valuation consultants.

The value of the contracts procured through the framework would be in the region of £13m.

Under the Framework Agreement, One Housing and its subsidiaries (both current and future) will have the option to call-off contracts with consultants as and when services are required.

Mike Johnston, One Housing’s group development director, said: “We are pleased to welcome so many consultants onto our framework.

“We have a significant development programme and anticipate delivering approximately 500 residential units per year focussing on London and its commuter markets.”

One Housing owns and manages around 16,000 homes in London and the south east.
