352-home co-living scheme approved as part of Brent Cross Town

Development is the first co-living project at the north London regeneration site which is expected to deliver 6,700 homes in total

The first co-living development at Brent Cross Town has received planning approval, with a 352-room scheme designed by Assael Architecture and Assael Exteriors on behalf of Halcyon Development Partners and DTZ Investors.

The project will be operated by DTZ Investors’ co-living brand Folk and forms part of the wider Brent Cross Town regeneration, a 180-acre development led by Related Argent and Barnet Council that is among the largest in Europe.
