1,200-home Leicester development heads for planning

Decision to be made in coming months

Proposals for a new 1,200-home neighbourhood on the eastern edge of Leicester have gone in for planning.

Family-owned firm Parker Strategic Land is set to redevelop land that is currently being used by Scraptoft Golf Club, who will move to a brand new site a few miles away.
