MTVH recruits new CFO from Vivid

Duncan Brown

Duncan Brown joins 57,000-home association

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing has appointed Duncan Brown as its new chief financial officer.

Brown joins the G15 landlord from Hampshire-based Vivid, where he served as CFO for the past 10 years. Brown succeeds Ian Johnson who is retiring.

Brown oversaw more than £1.3bn of funding deals while at Vivid and predecessor organisation Sentinel and arranged what is understood to be the sector’s first green loan. During Brown’s tenure, Vivid significantly expanded its development programme over the past few years to become one of the housing association sector’s biggest builders.
