G15 landlord warns ability to build new homes ‘limited’ without government support

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing’s (MTVH) completions have fallen year-on-year.

The 56,000-home housing association in an unaudited update today said it completed 544 homes in 2024/25 down on the 892 it completed the previous year. The group’s development pipeline has also dropped slightly from 5,556 units to 4,970 over the same period.
