Plans submitted for £100m Digbeth regeneration with 240 homes

Proposed Phoenix Yard at former ironworks site at the gateway to Digbeth CGI

Plans for the brownfield site have been designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris architects

Automotive and property developer Hartwell has submitted plans to Birmingham City Council for a proposed £100m regeneration of fromer ironworks site Phoenix Yard in Digbeth.

The proposals are for a mixed-use scheme on the 2.8-acre-brownfield site beside Coventry Street, Oxford Street, Meriden Street, and Digbeth High Street.
