Housing association finance boss Eamonn Hughes to leave next year

Peabody has announced that its chief financial officer, Eamonn Hughes, will be leaving his role at the end of this financial year.

Hughes served as Peabody’s finance director from November 2018, before becoming CFO in February 2020. He previously worked as a finance director at Berkeley Group.

The 67,000-home London housing association stated that during his tenure, Hughes successfully navigated Peabody through the pandemic and ensured the organisation was in a good position to support residents.
