Levelling Up department says 100 regeneration projects will receive a share of cash

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, has announced £60m in funding for 100 local authorities to regenerate brownfield land and build homes as part of the Government’s brownfield-first approach.

The Government has said it is on track to meet its manifesto commitment to build 1 million homes over this Parliament, which is backed by £10 billion in funding packages for housing.
