Lincolnshire Housing Partnership appoints new CEO from education sector
Simon Parkes joins affordable housing provider after serving as chief operating officer at Keele University and University of Lincoln
Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) has appointed Simon Parkes as its new chief executive.
Parkes is joining the 12,500-home landlord from Keele University, where he has served as interim chief operating officer since July 2025. He has led a range of corporate and operational functions, including governance, compliance, digital, student services and communications.
