Service Manager - Housing Supply

 

Location: Colindale, North London (Hybrid with 2 days in office)

Term: Permanent | Full-time

Remuneration: £68,394.40 per annum + 5% flexible benefits & pension allowance

Are you ready to lead a high-impact housing service that supports thousands of families across Barnet? The Barnet Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Manager – Housing Supply to drive innovation, compliance, and performance in our temporary accommodation and housing mobility services.

You’ll lead a team managing the procurement, allocation, and compliance of temporary accommodation, ensuring safe, cost-effective housing solutions that meet statutory duties. You’ll also oversee voids and lettings, promote housing mobility, and support regeneration programmes—all while delivering excellent customer service.
