Other providers interested in replicating Hyde’s model to attract institutional investment

Hyde has been advising several other housing association on how to set up a ’for-profit’ social housing provider.

The 50,000-home London made headlines last year by becoming the first ever housing association to register a ‘for-profit’ provider of affordable housing with the Regulator of Social Housing.
