Green light for more than 1,000 homes in revised scheme by modular developer
Tide has increased both coliving and affordable components of the proposals
Southwark council has given volumetric developer Tide to build 1,051 homes in the borough after bringing forward a revised scheme.
A scheme developed by the previous owner of the Ilderton Road site was approved last November, but Tide brought forward a new proposal.
