Deal will pay for completion of Sheffield scheme by student accommodation specialist

Student accommodation developer Future Generation has re-financed a £39m loan that will fund the completion of 19 flats at its £35m Steel City scheme in Sheffield.

The serviced apartments comprise the third phase of the development, adding to 324 existing student rooms.
