More than half of home set to be affordable
Plans to build 651 new homes as part of the next phase of a huge redevelopment scheme in east London have been granted approval by Barking and Dagenham Council.
Around 2,400 homes are already completed and occupied at Barking Riverside, which is being developed by a joint venture between 105,000-home housing association L&Q and the Mayor of London.
